How to cancel an order.

​Should you for any reason wish to cancel an order then please e mail us right away.
We will respond within 24 hours or earlier if possible, everyone can have a change of heart.
So long as the order has not been placed with the cutting department, then all is well.
If this happens then you still may cancel there will be a handling charged deducted for the time and material used.
The fee is 15%; this will be deducted from your refund if this stage is started.
You will of course still have the option to let the order continue if you so wish.
Otherwise allow 3 -5 days for the refund to process through to your account.
