My order has not arrived.

Sometimes items do get lost in the post or an order may be slightly delayed during busy times such as Christmas.

In most cases, an email will be sent confirming your order has been dispatched and this will include any tracking details if applicable.

If you believe your item should have arrived but has not, then e-mail us enquiries@britishlatex.com to report the item missing.

We will need to speak to the courier to investigate this further and will be in touch to confirm what will happen next.
