Returning an order.

When you wish to return an order after receiving this from us, maybe due to the size being incorrectly ordered.

Then please first email us to inform us as to the reason for the return, this is very important as no orders will be accepted

as a return unless authorised by us, we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage in returning an order.

We also do not accept responsibility for paying the return postage for an order sent back.

Once we have established the reason for the return and both parties are happy, then the item may be returned.

We do not refund postage and we also charge a handling fee to check and restock the item, the fee is 15%.

Please carefully repack the order and address clearly to the above address, write clearly the item is a return.

If sending items from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to pay for any and all customs charges exiting or entering the UK.

If these are not paid then the item will be redirected back to the sender, to avoid this please check with the service you use.
